Frank Abigana is the founder of Frank Raymond Incorporated, established in 2000, and brings over 20 years of expertise in taxation and financial strategy. Licensed as an Enrolled Agent by the U.S. Treasury since 1996, Frank is a recognized authority in tax matters and is proud to hold the designation of NTPI Fellow, a mark of excellence in taxpayer representation. Frank has 13 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry and is Series 6,7,63 & 65 licensed.

In addition to founding Frank Raymond Incorporated, Frank launched ProPayWeb, Inc., a payroll solutions company that he successfully grew and sold to a major service bureau. His leadership extends beyond business, having served as CFO on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including Valley Christian Center, Valley Christian Schools, Choice for Children Education Foundation, and 10Thousand Windows.

Frank resides in Livermore, California, with his wife Mandy. He is deeply committed to serving his clients and community with integrity and expertise.
